You will receive a 16GB iPad (with 3G/4G data access) and a package containing:

  • Apple Charger
  • Apple iPad USB Cable
  • iPad Cover
  • Sim Card (Pre-installed)
  • Carrier bag
Yes, we provide delivery and collection to anywhere in Singapore for $40/trip. You may also choose to self-collect the iPad(s) from our office located near Aljunied MRT.
The iPads you'll be receiving are fully connected to the internet via local 3G/4G networks. This means you can enjoy high speed unlimited Internet access all over Singapore, where there is cell reception.
Once the device and other accessories are returned to us, we immediately run through a data eraser process so we make sure that no personal information remains on the device. You may also request our staff to erase your personal information on the spot.
Please let us know if you intend to use our iPads outside Singapore. We will provide assistance in wrapping the iPads and applying for a permit. However please note that 3G/4G is only available in Singapore.
We can support rentals of up to 600 iPads subject to availability so we recommend you to reserve early.
Please try out the following steps to resolve the issue:

1) Restart your iPad.

2) Turn on Airplane Mode, wait for a minute or so then turn off Airplane Mode again.

3) Reset network settings. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings > Yes, to confirm. This will reset all of your iPad network settings, VPN, APN, Wi-Fi profile settings and your passwords.

4) Remove your SIM card from the SIM card tray and then put the SIM card back. Make sure that the SIM tray closes completely and isn’t loose.

5) Check your current iPad SIM is not faulty by testing it in another device. If all steps does not work, please contact us for help.
