How far in advance should I book?
For standard models (ZD621, QL-820NWB, L3250): 3–5 business days is usually sufficient. For the Epson C4000 or large multi-printer setups: 1–2 weeks is recommended to reserve stock and schedule configuration time.
Do you deliver to event venues?
Yes. We deliver directly to Marina Bay Sands, Suntec Singapore, Sands Expo, Resorts World Sentosa, Raffles City Convention Centre, and any other venue in Singapore. Two-way delivery (drop-off and collection) is included.
Can I rent multiple printers for the same event?
Absolutely. Multi-printer setups are common for large conferences, for example, two Zebra ZD621 stations for parallel check-in queues, plus an Epson C4000 for VIP badges, plus an A4 printer for back-of-house documents. We bundle pricing for multi-unit rentals.
What if a printer breaks down during the event?
We pre-test every unit before delivery. If an issue arises, our on-call technical team responds by phone or WhatsApp. For critical events, we can provide a same-day replacement unit from our Singapore stock.
Do you supply paper, ink, and badge stock?
Yes. We supply compatible consumables for every printer we rent: thermal fanfold packs, adhesive label rolls, ink tanks, and art card stock. This ensures you never face a "wrong stock" problem on event day.
Can I use my own badge stock with your printers?
For Zebra printers: yes, as long as the stock is 4-inch (102 mm) wide thermal fanfold. For the Epson C4000: art card or approved roll stock only, to avoid print-head damage. Send us the stock specification and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
