How can I rent an iPad from you?
You can reserve your iPad online or call us at (+65) 6677 1533. If you need assistance you can also email us at rental@sgpad.com
What is the maximum number of iPads can I rent?
We can support rentals of up to 150 iPads subject to availability so we recommend you to reserve early.
What will I get?
You will receive a 16GB iPad (with 3G/4G data access) and a package containing:
  • Apple Charger
  • Apple iPad USB Cable
  • iPad Cover
  • Sim Card (Pre-installed)
  • Carrier bag
Do you offer delivery and collection of iPads?
Yes, we provide free delivery* right to your doorstep and collect it back when you are done.
Where can I access Internet?
The iPads you'll be receiving are fully connected to the internet via local 3G networks. This means you can enjoy high speed unlimited Internet access all over Singapore, where there is 3G reception.
Can I bring the iPad outside of Singapore?
Please let us know if you intend to use our iPads outside Singapore. We will provide assistance in wrapping the iPads and applying for a permit. However please note that 3G is only available in Singapore.
What happens to the data I leave behind on the iPad?
Once the device and other accessories are returned to us, we immediately run through a data eraser process so we make sure that no personal information remains on the device. You may also request our staff to erase your personal information on the spot.
