Texas turns to marijuana that is medical
Earlier in the day this the Department of Public Safety granted the first ever conditionally approved licenses for medical marijuana dispensaries in Texas under the Compassionate Use Act signed into law by Gov. Greg Abbott in 2015 year. The dispensaries would create and offer low THC cannabis for some 150,000 clients with intractable epilepsy residing in hawaii. Nonetheless, clients and industry leaders alike expressed concern within the certification procedures. Particularly, they questioned whether just three dispensaries as authorized by DPS could be sufficient to guarantee clients get access to their medicine. Regulations enforcement agency stated it determined three could be sufficient considering other states’ medical cannabis programs.
